Virtual working means that an employee works mostly from home or a chosen location that is not the company’s office. In this situation, the employee communicates with the company utilising computer or telephone.

A virtual position is one that is done outside of the office in a chosen location. This could mean either work done from home, cafe, co-working space, etc. or job done on while traveling in the case of a position that requires it.

Flexible working is any change in working pattern from the employees regular working hours or days. It can include, amongst other things, part-time work, reduced hours, later or earlier start or finish times, compressed hours or annualized hours.

  • Conduct remote patient assessments, evaluate medical conditions, and promptly report changes to the onsite team.
  • Remote Patient Monitoring: Monitor patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit through telehealth technology, ensuring continuous surveillance of vital signs, medical devices, and alarms.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the onsite team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate care, discuss patient status, and provide updates.
  • Accurately document patient information, assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record system.

Job Time:

12-hour day/night rotating shift; This position may require flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage in the Pediatric Tele-ICU.
